A food manufacturer obtains kosher certification usually by requesting it from a kosher designator organization such as the Orthodox Union. The certification comes back
to the manufacturer in a letter form, which lists all certified products for that particular manufacturer. To view these letters you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.
