The American Food Safety Institute is an educational institution, which has been providing foodborne disease prevention training and certification for close to a decade in many areas of the United States.  Our team of approximately 40 health professionals is dedicated to preventing the estimated 9,000 needless deaths caused by foodborne diseases each year.

The American Food Safety Institute (AFSI) is the nation's leader in food manager training and certification.  It is our mission to:
